  • If payment is to be made by letter of credit, review of any purchase order or contract attached to this transaction before signing or issuing the letter of credit. Using information to negotiate sale,a swift format letter of credit template (example) can be composed for any seller to submit to their buyer to accept or for any buyer to take to their bank.
  • Assist any company purchasing from overseas sellers to ensure all terms are fair and that goods are able to be received before the payment is released.
  • E-mail or fax communication can be composed to resolve any issue with an overseas buyer, distributor or seller after copy of previous communication, purchase order, contract, or any other pertinent documentation is reviewed.

You will be charged for time spent only. Also available for flat fee is a document supplying "Suggestions For Quoting And Letter Of Credit Payment Policies." This document illustrates what costs should be included in the most common incoterms and how to quote them. Also included is a list of statements (that can be adjusted to suit your company's needs) comprising a company policy that should be attached to all open account Proforma Invoices/Quotation Forms, in case buyer chooses to pay by letter of credit without prior notice.
